Water Damage at Monroe, LA Assisted Living Center

A ruptured sprinkler line in the attic of this Monroe, LA assisted living facility caused tense moments as residents had to be quickly relocated to safer areas. One wing of the complex was impacted with a large volume of cascading water disrupting the well-being of the residents. The contents had to be removed and cleaned by SERVPRO® of Monroe/West Monroe crewmembers. The building elements in this wing were saturated and required a full demolition down to the framing. The Before Photo depicts the completed demo, a dry and secure area now ready for the reconstruction to begin and residents could be safely returned.
