Monroe Rental Suffers Water/Mold Damage

When the tenant was out of town for the weekend, the sink supply line failed, and water flooded the unit. The property investor promptly called SERVPRO to restore order since he had been satisfied with our emergency help for him in the past. Our skilled technicians trained in AMRT applied microbial restoration and in WRT water damaged restoration minimized the demolition to a 2-foot flood cut to remove non-salvageable, mold-infested drywall.
