Large Company Suffers Flooding in Monroe

When 20,000 square feet of office space in Monroe was flooded from a ruptured fire suppression water line SERVPRO of Monroe/West Monroe was the logical choice for this water extraction and drying job. The standing water affected the commercial grade glue-down carpeting and concrete subfloor differently throughout the building. We always try to restore rather than replace our clients' assets. These photos show where using a squeegee, water extractors, air movement, and dehumidification failed to salvage the flooring material. The client was best served economically and businesswise, by removing the carpet to dry the concrete which was penetrated deeply with water.
