Mold Remediation

A leak in the kitchen sink cause this apartment to flood.  And to make matters worse, the tenant was out of town.  Louisiana is hot and humid and those conditions contribute to mold growth. By the time the tenant returned home, visible mold growth could be seen on the drywall.

SERVPRO was called to remediate the apartment. After assessing the situation, SERVPRO cut the walls and removed affected drywall and insulation.  SERVPRO took measures to ensure that no spores would drift into other areas of the structure.  

New insulation and drywall replaced the damaged parts that were removed. The apartment is ready for its occupants, and the kitchen is ready just in time for gumbo season.
