Monroe, LA Call Center Water Damage

This Monroe, LA call center was stricken by strong straight-line winds that pulled a portion of the roof from the walls. SERVPRO® of Monroe/West Monroe responders removed, cleaned and stored cubicles off-site. Other technicians removed the ceiling and walls to dry and treat the structure. Because a section of the center needed to remain open, our team worked after hours and overnight so as not to interfere with the employees or create undue noise for their customers. With minimal disruptions, the fulfillment of this call center continued as we worked. We understand that it is our business to keep this business in business. Management was extremely pleased, not only with how we worked around their work but also for salving so much expensive electronics and furnishings.
