Sewage backup in Monroe Clothing Store

In May 2015, a national women’s clothing store located in Monroe, LA called SERVPRO® of Monroe/West Monroe with a major emergency. A sewage line had backed up in the store causing extensive damage. Making matters worse, this clothing chain had a major sales event approaching within days that could not be missed. SERVPRO® crews logged 48 hours on site over a three-day period removing damaged carpet, baseboards and sheetrock while also extracting hazardous materials, sanitizing and deodorizing the structure. At the end of that three-day period, contractors were able to quickly replace what had been damaged making the sales event a success.
